Junior Bake Off Season 8 Episode release dates & where to watch

1. Cake Day 1

Eight junior bakers' sponge-baking and jam-making skills are put to the test in a tricky first Technical, followed by a Showstopper themed on what our bakers would do if they were PM!

2. Biscuit Day 1

It's Biscuit Day. Can the young bakers make wafer unicorn horns and a biscuit diorama depicting their best Saturday?

3. Bread Day 1

The bakers have a lot to prove on Bread Day. There's a Technical with a feline twist, and can they create a historical figure in bread form for the Showstopper?

4. Dessert Day 1

On Dessert Day, the bakers hope to avoid that sinking feeling when making a Chinese classic in the Technical, before applying an out-of-this-world twist to the humble milkshake

5. Pastry Day 1

It's Pastry Day, and the last chance for the first heat of bakers to make it through to Finals Week. But they've got their hands full making donuts and fruit tarts.

6. Cake Day 2

In their first ever Technical, the new bakers take on a traditional cake pop with a twist, and create a Showstopper that, when sliced, reveals their hidden talents

7. Biscuit Day 2

The young bakers return to the tent to face two delicate biscuit challenges, predicting Rav's future in cookie form before constructing their very own Eighth Wonder of the World made out of biscuit.

8. Bread Day 2

It's Bread Day and the remaining junior bakers must rise to two tricky challenges. The bakers are tasked with making a BBQ classic as cute as can be. Then they must pay homage to their best friends by immortalising them in bread form.

9. Dessert Day 2

On Dessert Day, the bakers face the muckiest Technical ever seen in the tent, before leaving the school gates behind for a Showstopper depicting their dream school trip out of blondies.

10. Pastry Day 2

It's Pastry Day, and in the Technical, Rav asks the bakers to make her favourite fast-food guilty pleasure. Then in the Showstopper, the bakers must dream up their very own superheroes and make them out of choux pastry.

11. Breakfast Day

The challenges stack up as the bakers create a love-it-or-hate-it breakfast snack and face a nightmare multi-tasking pancake Showstopper. Who will end up top of the pile?

12. Street Food Day

Today it's go big or go home! There's a fusion of two delicious street food staples in the Technical, and the junior bakers shape an overloaded mega-snack for the Showstopper.

13. Quarter Final

he junior bakers combine two cult foods into one in the Technical, and their precision and imagination are put to the test by huge cookie layer cakes in the Showstopper

14. Semi Final

It's the semi-final, and the junior bakers take on one of patisserie's toughest Technical challenges, before conquering the summit of Showstopper sophistication: the entremet

15. Final

In the final, the remaining bakers prepare the ultimate glitzy event, each delivering 24 mini desserts and submitting the superlative Showstopper - a cake fit for a red carpet
