However, it is revealed that the only victim capable of surviving the mineral is SpongeBob because of his massive love for the holidays which makes him immune to the effects of jerktonium.

After squidward is cornered in a dark alley and his groceries are stolen, he asks SpongeBob and Sandy to teach him karate so he can defend himself if it ever happens again.

After another failed attempt for the formula, Plankton decides that he wants a pet to help him.

Squidward finds SpongeBob's diary, and reads in front of everyone in the Krusty Krab.
