Hiring a professional mould remediator isn't always an option, especially for renters. In this free clean, we helped a lovely family who had extreme mould in their rented home. In this video, I show the exact method and products that I use to clean up the mould and make this home more pleasant for the family to live in whilst their landlord hires professionals to fix the flat’s structural issues.

This was my first free deep clean for two nurses! Due to their long hours working for the NHS they don't have time to deep clean their bathroom so I stepped in to lend them a helping hand!

This was our most challenging free clean yet! The elderly resident had just six days before the council returned to carry out essential safety checks, and if the property wasn’t made safe and accessible in time, she would lose her home. The flat was heavily hoarded, there was an active mice infestation, most of the furniture had been destroyed, and years of grief and declining mental health had left the resident struggling to cope. In this video, we clear and deep clean the entire flat, remove damaged furniture, tackle years of nicotine, grease and grime, and refurnish the home before the deadline. This free clean cost £4,578, but most importantly, the resident was able to keep her home and is now receiving ongoing support.

This is one of the most challenging free cleans I have ever completed. The resident's flat had no running water in the kitchen, severe plumbing failures that repeatedly flooded the bathroom with sewage, and human waste contamination throughout the property. Years of trauma, deteriorating mental health and circumstances outside of the resident's control, sadly left her unable to keep on top of her home. In this video, we carry out a full biohazard deep clean, restore the property, explain the circumstances that led to the resident's home reaching this point, and share what happened behind the scenes to help her access long-term support and get her plumbing repaired.

This is the full free clean in Glasgow for a resident who had been silently battling severe depression and hadn’t slept in his own bed for over a year. When we arrived, the flat was heavily contaminated with rodent activity, a deceased mouse, maggots, and signs of past bed bugs. For safety, most belongings had to be removed, so we arranged biohazard waste removal, multiple skips, deep sanitation, and full carpet treatment to make the home safe again. We also paid for hotel accommodation so the resident had somewhere clean and comfortable to stay during the process. This clean cost around £4,000, covering specialist waste removal, PPE, equipment, essentials, and basic décor to help turn the space back into a home. Because of your support on YouTube these free cleans continue to grow and help more people in need. This free clean was about dignity, mental health, and giving the resident the fresh start he deserves. Thank you for making these free cleans possible. - Bea x

We cleaned Debra’s house for free — and it turned into our biggest clean of the year. We travelled up to Durham just 8 days before Christmas, determined to get her entire home deep cleaned, safe, and decorated before the 25th. Every single room needed work. The house was filled with cobwebs, dog faeces, and years of clutter — and we were racing against the clock. By the end of it, we’d spent over £8,000 and transformed the entire property. This wasn’t just a clean. It was a full-on mission to give Debra the fresh start she deserves — in time for Christmas. This video shows the full story: how we got involved, the scale of the clean, and everything it took to make it happen.

We started this free clean thinking it would be tough — but nothing prepared us for what happened on day two. That’s when we found out the house was infested with fleas. We usually don’t take on flea-infested homes, but we were told there weren’t any. By the time we realised, it was too late — the fleas had already made it into our own home. The woman who reached out for help was grieving the loss of close family members, and the house had fallen into this condition while she was trying to cope. She’d been through a lot. This video shows us tackling the infestation, deep cleaning every part of the house, and transforming it into a home she could feel safe in again.

We cleaned this house for free and honestly it was one of the hardest we’ve ever done. The bathroom was completely blocked, the kitchen was buried under rubbish, and the applicant didn't have a bed. It took us 11 days to get through everything and at one point we even got confronted by the building manager mid clean. This video shows the full journey from start to finish and you’ll hear why the applicant reached out, what they were dealing with, and why we said yes to this clean.

We took on a free clean in an abandoned house in Scotland — and it turned out to be one of the wildest ones yet! From spiders to a secret room, this place had it all. Hope you enjoy watching this transformation as much as we did making it! If you love deep cleaning, hoarder cleanups, abandoned house transformations, and extreme cleaning motivation, this video is for you. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did making it!

This week looked a bit different — I wrapped up a free clean, went to a creator event with Ariel The Big One in London, and finally showed you the bedroom transformation I finished a while ago (it’s come a long way since that flat tour 😅). It’s not a full deep clean like usual, but I thought it’d be nice to share some behind the scenes — the DIY, the travel, the mess, and everything in between.

This free clean was one of the most challenging I’ve done. The home was in a tough state, but once I heard the story behind it, everything made sense. In this video, I take you through the clean and share more about what the resident has been through.

Bea documents a challenging week-long deep clean of a two-bedroom property, facing severe odors and hoarding conditions. The process involves extensive rubbish removal, food waste disposal, and deep scrubbing, while adjusting techniques for the family living on-site.
