From executive producers Tyra Banks and Ashton Kutcher, this new series determines the True Beauty of six stunning females and four handsome males who live together in a spectacular Los Angeles mansion as they undergo a series of challenges to determine who is truly the most beautiful. The gorgeous contestants assume they're being judged solely on their outer appearance. Physical beauty is one component the judges are looking for, but the contestants are also being evaluated - unknown to them — for their inner beauty, and are put in situations requiring them to make moral decisions. Each episode showcases an outer and inner beauty challenge, and the contestants will be judged on everything from how well they perform in photo shoots to how well they respect their elders. The three judges — Vanessa Minnillo, Cheryl Tiegs, and Nolé Marin — will observe and critique the contestants' behavior and eliminate one person each week. Only after elimination is the truth about the show revealed.

But there's a twist: While the contestants think they are being judged solely on their outer appearances, competing to be featured as the next "Face of Vegas," they are actually being evaluated for their inner beauty. Set in Las Vegas, season two features new challenges and new judges. Host and judge Vanessa Minnillo (Entertainment Tonight, Disaster Movie), who returns for another season, is joined by new judges Beth Ostrosky Stern (Filter, Flirting with Disaster) and Carson Kressley (Queer Eye for the Straight Guy). The "outer beauty" challenge - to be the best blackjack dealer at the high rollers' table - proves to be poor timing for one contestant who drank all day poolside, and a mortifying experience for another who doesn't know the rules of the game and has trouble with math. And who fails the hidden camera test that shows which contestants will dig through a messy garbage can to help someone find a lost engagement ring? Tune in to find out.

The remaining eight contestants conduct televised "man-on-the-street" interviews with passers-by on the Vegas Strip, trying to demonstrate their best communication skills and their ability to put others at ease. Which of them will break the rules by sneaking a peek at the interview questions in advance? Can any of the contestants correctly pronounce the word "cacophony"? And, most important, can they exhibit poise when those interviews are relentlessly criticized by a focus group of hard-to-impress people? Meanwhile, at the hotel hot tub, the tension mounts during a heated argument about pole dancing, and a shocking twist changes the game.
Magic impresarios Penn and Teller teach the nine remaining contestants a magic trick and swear them to secrecy. The contestant who performs the trick best will be featured in Penn and Teller's live show in Las Vegas. In addition, a reporter from People magazine will interview each contestant, trying to get them to spill the beans on how the trick is done. Who will crack? The judges have hidden cameras and add one more twist to test the ethics of the lowest scorers. Who will be eliminated?
