An ancient Chinese servant tries to revive an ancient emperor and his warriors in order to revive the dynasty.

At a Vancouver University a sleep researcher is studying a patient's nightmare when something emerges from his monitor. At Torringtom a hyper Diana reveals to Martin her secret to how she aced the midterms is candy. With the sugar high she doesn't need to sleep and she had plenty of energy to study. Martin points out that now midterms are over she can cut back on the sweet stuff but Diana's not interested. Martin accuses her of being addicted and bets that she can't go without sweets for 24 hours. If she loses she does his algebra homework for a month and if she wins Martin forgoes his horror movie marathons for a month. They're called to Centre where Diana faces her first sugary temptations then after a look at MOM's trials of the prototype flying suit it's off to Vancouver where a student at the university has been asleep for three days despite all attempts to wake her. When Martin does a bioscan he finds that her eyes appear totally white while Java finds sand in her room.

In a small town in Alberta a boy named Wilbur poking around an antiques store finds an old puzzle box which magically unseals itself. At Torrington Academy Diana teases Martin about his insect phobias and being a scardey-cat. They're called to The Centre and sent with Java to investigate a wave of odd occurances in the Alberta town. Wilbur now looks to be half goat and his condition is progressing. Also a farmhouse was destroyed by a storm that appeared and disappeared almost immediately. They find an odd symbol burned into the ground at the farmhouse then things get dangerous when the local sawmill starts running without anyone in it and a giant saw blade breaks free and chases Martin, Diana & Java's car. Martin decoys the blade into embedding itself in a rock then uses the Legendex to identify the symbol as an ancient Arabian symbol meaning Chaos.

When an entire train disappears MD&J discover that it has gone through a space-time portal and ended up in a paradise world – a world inhabited by a seemingly perfect 1960s family named the Appleby’s who have made a deal with Zook, an evil “lava monster” that feeds off the life-force of humans.

Martin has to stop mysterious insects that are attacking a remote town in the Alberta Badlands with the aid of an acid-spewing queen and a radioactive meteorite from the Andromeda Galaxy.

Martin, Diana & Java are sent to France to stop a storybook creature named the Bogeyman from kidnapping naughty children and taking them to his storybook bog world.

While sick with a mystery illness Martin, Java & Diana are quarantined in the Center's medical wing and reminisce about their past adventures. Due to a misunderstanding they think MOM has decided to terminate them before they can spread the sickness and flee deeper into the Center unaware that the real cause of the alarm is that the Boogeyman has escaped and they're heading right for him!

Things are looking pretty final as monsters appear all over the world and overwhelm all the Center agents while the now evil MOM and the Gatekeeper unite to destroy Martin, Diana, Java and Billy. Is this the end of the line for the gang and the Center?

When M.O.M. ceases to return from her Jamaican vacation, Billy calls in Martin, Diana & Java to investigate. They uncover what M.O.M. was really up to – she was on a secret mission to unlock the Gateway.

While Marvin has left Torrington, Martin is irked that everyone "particularly Jenny" is still talking about him rather than paying attention to his extreme sports stunts. So his jealousy kicks into overdrive when he discovers that M.O.M. has made Marvin a Center agent and assigned him to work with Martin and Diana on their latest mission to investigate odd incidents at the Scopes Institute "a school for the blind", located in British Columbia. With Marvin out to flaunt his superiority, Martin seething with jealousy, and Diana drooling over Marvin, is anyone on the team focused enough to figure out what is really going on before the banished sorcerers called the Seers succeed in returning to spread chaos across the Earth?

Martin's attempts at filming his own horror movie are interrupted when a giant ant emerges from the screen of the local Drive-In which is showing an old sci-fi movie about giant insects. Martin and Diana soon discover a 500 year curse is bringing imaginary monsters to life and since Java was playing the creature in Martin's movie he's been transformed into a real radioactive swamp zombie. To make matters worse if the monsters aren't all defeated by sunrise they'll become indestructible and Torrington will never be rid of them.

M.O.M. and Diana decide to break Martin of his habit of always borrowing their stuff. But that is soon overshadowed by problems at the Center's base in the Canadian Arctic where Martin has the choice of co-operating with his old rival Marvin, (who blames Martin for his transfer to the frozen tundra), or becoming a host for the bodysnatching creature that has been accidentally unearthed and is growing stronger with every host it takes.

Looking for two missing Center agents strands the gang in the long lost underground city of Alpha-Omega. The Alpha-Omegans mistake the bald headed Diana for their missing Queen and the sign they've been waiting for to begin their conquest of the surface world.

Martin, Diana & Java are sent to a Caribbean resort where people have gone missing. They find that the resort is actually run by shapeshifting zombies who are sacrificing the vacationers to a sea creature called Hexan.

At a Sydney, Australia museum, a robber is surrounded by a mysterious green mist. The group is sent to investigate. They discover that they were up against a genie who wanted to cause chaos all over the world. Java and Diana are rendered helpless by the genie's power. Can Martin stop the genie before it's too late?

After an incident at the school library Martin claims Diana is a \"goody two-shoes\". So she drastically changes her image in order to prove that she can be a bad girl when she wants. At the Center Mom tells them that there was a bizarre attack on the mayor or Stillwater, Louisiana by an invisible force and sends them to investigate. After a few more weird events they discover that a corrupt politician is using Voodoo Dolls to eliminate his competition. He intends to win the mayoral race and end up in the mayor's office. An office that was built to conceal an evil Shaman's lair. Once he harnesses the power of an ancient artifact hidden below he will become an unstoppable voodoo priest!

M.O.M. reveals Billy's hidden life as Ganthar, destroyer of worlds, before he abandoned his old name, form, and way of life and joined the Center. She sends the gang to trade the captured aliens for Billy, unaware that once the aliens reunite, they will be able to call in reinforcements and destroy the Earth! The only one who can stop them is Billy, but to do that he will have to become Ganthar again— and he might not want to change back.

People living in New Mexico near the Los Lunas nuclear power plant wake up w/ missing hair and teeth, and also seem to be appearing in two places at once. When Martin, Diana, and Java arrive to investigate, they find some evidence of alien involvement that freaks Billy out and forces him to reveal his hidden past as Ganthar, the leader of a gang of extraterrestrial pirates.

Martin and the gang are off to France to check out the mysterious disappearance of two teens on a boat ride. When they learn that one of the missing teens works at a surf shop, they head there to check it out, and find a vampire who is sucking the souls out of people. She captures Martin, who is revealed to be the descendant of her husband, and forces Diana, Billy, and Java to go and rescue him before the vampires can unleash their brethren from the Banished Realm.

Martin, Diana, and Java investigate a small western town in Utah whose entire population seems to have disappeared overnight. Suddenly, the people return to the town, but they all seem a little different.

Martin and Diana are stuck at school for Christmas until MOM invites them to the Center's Christmas party. All goes well, until an Evil Elf intends on ruining everyone's Christmas by twisting their Christmas wishes.

Martin is reunited with his first crush, Vivian Michelle, who embarrassed him during the grade school times. Martin tries to avoid her, but when he finds out that Vivian has changed, he changes his mind about her. Diana suspects that Vivian is different due to her strange skin. Vivian is actually Venoso, a mutated chameleon who was the first monster Martin ever caught, out for revenge.

Marvin escapes from an angry leprechaun and calls Martin and Diana for help. It turns out that he was keeping a mystic, four-leaf clover that grants the holder limitless good luck. and that leprechaun wants to take it back.

Diana resigns from the center for not having a good evaluation and joins a rival paranormal organization called the CIHL and starts stealing Martin's monsters.

Martin, Billy, and Java start their own band to attract the girls. But Martin finds out that his new electric guitar is possessed which transforms his girl fans into love monsters.

Marvin escapes an angry leprechaun and call Martin and Diana for help. it turns out that Marvin is keeping for himself a mystic four-leaf clover the grants the holder limitless good luck and the Leprechaun wants it back.

Diana is ticked off with Martin and Kaitlin, and the djini uses this to her advantage as she possesses her with an enchanted bracelet.

Billy, and Diana decide to take Martin to an amusement park for his one-year investigator reunion, but in this park the things come alive by an Egyptian spirit that thought a ride was the tomb he was guarding.

Martin goes on a school trip to a museum where there is an exhibition of pirates, and he decides to see where are the things of an old pirate that was told to have supernatural powers. Taking a medallion with him, Martin, or maybe \"Captain Blood\" now, is out to find the treasure that can raise the spirits of his crew.

A famous writer, Evan Prince, gives Martin a typewriter...without telling him that the stories Martin writes will actually come to life.

A student's plant experiment for the Science Fair goes awry and the plant starts to eat the competition and anything that gets in his way.

Martin and schoolmate Jerry are chosen to join a secret society, The Bones, where membership entails cool powers like telekenesis and free stuff like extra dessert and sports cars. Both are thrilled until they find what awaits them in their "entrance test"...

Kaitlin has fallen victim to her shadow, and as usual, it's up to Martin and Billy to save the day. They've found out that since the people who were safe slept in the light, that's the thing the shadow creatures are afraid of. With the help of the Legendex, they realize that the shadow creatures' leader, Barock the Faceless, wants to take over Earth, but needs all the humans in his realm before he can crossover—and when he does, the gateway will forever close. When Billy's gone too and Martin is the last being on Earth, the showdown begins.

Martin, Diana, and Billy are confused when one day they wake up to find themselves the only ones on campus...and the world. They soon meet Kaitlin, another confused person who turns out to be almost like Martin's clone. They find Billy after Diana disappears into a black hole, and find out that people's own shadows are attacking them and dragging them into a strange shadow world.

Torrington's old biology teacher, Mr. Black, allows himself to be bitten by a spider, transforming him into a half-spider half-human creature to get revenge on the staff who forced him into retirement.
