In their first challenge they face the ultimate test of trust where they are forced to rely on each other in order to make it through a rigorous three part race. In the end, someone is heading home.

2. Weighed Down

The weight of the competition hits the competitors as the first person gets eliminated sending shockwaves through the villa. Later, Darryl grapples with an injury and a decision that could cost him the chance at being the next iFIT trainer. The rest of the competitors have their empathy tested in the next challenge, where the last place team must face off in elimination.

3. Pushed to the Max

As the Empathy Challenge comes to an emotional close, one team of three is thrown into a grueling elimination that will test every ounce of their strength and determination. With uncertainty looming over how many competitors could be sent home, the pressure has never been higher.

4. Communication Breakdown

8 amazing athletes remain in this epic competition to become the next iFIT trainer. This next challenge tests their endurance, mental strength and communication skills - three critical traits when entering the world of elite trainers. Threatened by a double elimination everyone will have to rise to the occasion in order to save themselves and their teammates.

5. Final Countdown

After a brief moment of reflection with the iFIT trainers, the competitors get a chance to call home and check in before starting the race of a lifetime. The stakes have never been higher as the final six competitors face off in the last challenge to see who will win the big contract. The competition kicks off with an epic ocean boat race that will send 2 competitors home.

6. All or Nothing

In the epic second half of the two-part finale, the final four contenders face the ultimate test: a relentless 13-hour overnight marathon battling exhaustion, rough weather conditions, and themselves. After surviving that, they are faced with a brutal circuit training and an all-out race to the mountaintop with a $250,000 iFIT contract on the line.
