Brothers Ramon and Boy are emigrating with their families including four children in total to Torrevieja in southern Spain. They are trading their successful solar panel business for a "poffertjes" (mini-pancake) stall, despite having no prior experience in the hospitality industry. This raises the question of whether it is possible for two families to make a living from this new venture.
