Ethan and Gina wake up on Christmas Day still locked up in the cellar. Ethan tells Gina he loves her and is leaving Laura. Mack goes to see Laura and finds out that Ethan never came home and asks Phyllis what is Gina up to. Mack rescues Ethan and Gina. Eden and Cruz spend the day with the Castillos. Kelly and Eden decide to bury the hatchet.

Augusta is livid that Anthony left most everything to Robert. Only if Robert was dead would Augusta inherit it. Even though Anthony left Sasha the Palm Springs home, she has no immediate plans to leave Santa Barbara. Kelly once again catches Eden and Robert kissing at Eden's home. Mason and CC go to Eden's to try and help her and CC forbids her to see Robert. Eden and Robert end up leaving together.

The hitman died from falling over the ledge. Phyllis begins gaslighting Laura on the Leo Mitchell murder being unsolved. Augusta tells Gina that she will be evicted once the inheritance comes through from Tonell's estate. Cruz tells Robert the hitman is dead. Mason tries to buys Sasha out of town. Ethan gives Gina a Christmas present. Robert shows up at the reading of tonell's will. Cruz takes off his wedding band and tells Eden it is over.

Greta and Michael have to give up the baby to the birth mother. Robert and Eden stumble upon a psychic and have a reading done. Cruz finds Augusta's hitman and they fight and the hitman goes over a ledge. Kelly witnesses Robert and Eden kissing.

A drunken Laura pressures Ethan to fire Phyllis. Mason offers Augusta a contract to buy back Capwell Enterprises and Augusta declines. Nikki tries to comfort Cruz. A drunken Laura makes a fool of herself at Gina and Phyllis'.

Phyllis brings home the Leo Mitchell folder to Gina showing a connection between Laura, Mitchell and Nugent. The hitman shows up at the theatre that Eden and Robert are at. The mother of the abandoned baby shows up to find Ric caring for her. Ethan and Gina get romantic when Ethan helps put together a bike for Brandon.

Cruz and Nikki save Travis from jumping off the ledge. A dream sequence of Eden and Robert doing, "Phantom of the Opera". Augusta tells Julia she is trying to get the name Lockridge to mean something in Santa Barbara.

Gina and Laura both have black eyes due to their catfight. Robert tells Eden she can leave him. Cruz tries to help a man ready to jump off a ledge over a woman named Nikki. Ethan talks divorce with Laura. Laura runs into Ted Nugent outside Ethan's office. Cruz meets Nikki Alvarez. Nikki tries to talk Travis off the ledge and Travis ends up grabbing Nikki. Laura is not thrilled with Phyllis filling in as Ethan's secretary. Julia blows up at Augusta for marrying Tonell. Rafael tells Cruz he saw Eden drive off with Robert. Laura visits Gina and tells her to stay away from Ethan and ends up slapping Gina across the face.

Julia asks for Mack's help in keeping tabs on Sasha since Sasha moved out. Mason tells CC he thinks Pamela is Mrs. Tonell. Robert tells Kelly that he needs to leave town until things blow over. Mason and Julia go to Mrs. Tonell's suite to search it and run into Mrs. Tonell, Augusta. CC threatens to call the police on Robert. Eden files a missing person report for Robert. Michael and Greta make love and decide to pursue a relationship. Kelly gets Greta to come to the guesthouse to tend to Robert. Cruz questions Kelly about her being the last to see Robert at the hospital. Kelly and Robert kiss. Mason thinks Mrs. Tonell may be his mother Pamela.

Kelly brings Robert home to protect him from the hitman at the hospital. Phyllis tries to talk Ethan into a winery scheme. Eden tells Rafael that Cruz has left home. Eden goes to see Kelly and ask her why she gave Cruz the letter and ends up slapping Kelly. Ethan and Laura have a huge argument at the Orient Express. Gina lashes out at Phyllis for keeping Lily away from her and then throws Phyllis out. Cruz gets in a bar fight and gets arrested.

Kelly goes to see Robert at the hospital where Tonell's widow's hitman is waiting to off Robert. Cruz and Eden begin repairing their broken marriage. Michael and Greta get held up at the community center. Phyllis donates a bunch of gifts to the community center. Mason tries to persuade Sasha to stay on at their home. Cruz retrieves a letter from Kelly that Eden wrote to Robert. Mason brings Sasha back and tells Julia that he wants Sasha with them until Tonell's will is read. Cruz tells Eden he is moving out.

CC asks Sasha to a Capwell dinner. Phyllis starts teaching Brandon some bad habits. Kelly gives Sasha an icy reception at the Capwell Thanksgiving dinner, knowing that Sasha had an affair with Mason. Mason asks Robert if maybe it was Tonell's widow and not Tonell that wanted to take over Capwell Enterprises. Cruz mentions to Eden about ending their marriage. Eden leaves the dinner in tears.

Craig shows up back in Santa Barbara. The reading of Tonell's will begins. CC meets Mrs. Tonell. At Tonell's funeral, Mrs. Tonell slaps Sasha across the face. Mrs. Tonell gets a sneak peak of Tonell's video of the division of assets and she is not pleased. Gina gives Mack a hard time about spending time with Julia. Michael and Greta grow closer while caring for the infant. Mrs. Tonell suggests that since Robert is still in the hospital, the reading of the will should be postponed for two weeks. Gina and Mack's mother Phyllis arrives. **First appearance of Stella Stevens (Phyllis Blake)

The rift between Cruz and Eden over Robert widens. Ethan reinstates Cruz and to work on the Tonell murder. CC reprimands Eden for being at Robert's side. Cruz questions Mason and Sasha about Tonell. Ric calls Eden to tell her to come to the bar where Cruz is getting drunk.

Eden witnesses Robert flatlining in the hospital. Julia and CC rescue Mason and Sasha. Cruz heads to the beach after Tonell. Cruz shoots at Tonell and is killed, but actually it was an unknown sniper who hit Tonell. Robert is saved at the hospital. Michael thinks he has found the mother of the abandoned infant he is caring for. The hitman calls Tonell's wife to let her know Tonell is dead. Robert is expected a full recovery.

Eden is devastated that Robert has been shot. Craig and Tonell run off with Kelly as captive. The Capwells realize that Robert was helping them all along. Tonell realizes that Sasha was working with Mason and that they had an affair. Craig and Tonell hold Sasha and Kelly as hostages. Cruz tells Eden at the hospital that he is insanely jealous of Robert. Mason goes to Sasha's rescue and becomes a hostage himself. Kelly is released.

Santana surrenders Brandon. Craig and Tonell still hold Kelly hostage. Cruz and Eden show up at the train station very much alive. Gina and Ethan continue their hunt for Brandon. Brandon realizes that Santana never told Gina that she was taking him.

Sasha overhears Mason and Julia plotting against Tonell. Mason tells Sasha he will tell Tonell he received all the information from Sasha. Eden and Cruz jump off the train before it explodes. Gina gets a collect call from Brandon and figures he is in Lake Arrowhead. Gina and Ethan head to Lake Arrowhead. Cruz and Eden make love.

Gina finds out from her neighbor that Brandon got into Santana's car. Ethan finds out that Santana was not released from the mental hospital. Santana calls Gina to tell her Brandon is fine. Robert takes Kelly from the train as a hostage. The train blows up with Cruz and Eden allegedly still on it.

Santana shows up at Brandon's door and is shocked that he knows that she is his real mother. Santana praises the way Gina raised Brandon. Santana asks Brandon to meet her after his birthday party and he agrees. Michael has to contend with an abandoned infant. Brandon does not have a good time at his party with all adults and no children his own age. Laura apologizes for her behavior towards Gina. Tonell admits to using the Capwell company to get what he wanted. Gina is upset to find a letter from Brandon saying he would be back soon. Brandon meets with Santana and Santana lies and says Gina is aware that Brandon is with her.

Mason manages to fool Brandon with his disguise. Brandon fools Gina into telling him about his surprise party. Mack begins training Sasha. Gina fantasizes about Ethan being Brandon's father and her husband. Kelly tells Robert about her first love Joe Perkins. **First reappearance of Gina Gallego (Santana Andrade)

The train conductor leaves the train with all the gold and lets Robert and Kelly handle it. Mack gives Julia another work out session. Mack accidentally knocks out Tonell at Julia's. Mack helps Mason with a disguise to get into Tonell's meeting.

Sasha decided not to punish Julia and Samantha for Mason's mistakes. Sasha pressures Mason to tell her where Tonell is. Sasha and Tonell show at Mason and Julia's.

Sasha realizes that Mason duped her. Cruz poses as Craig and meets Helena and realizes Robert is posing as Chance. Ric rescues Eden. Sasha lasses out at Mason for using her and decides to tell Julia about Palm Springs.

Cruz goes to see Tonell and is surprised to hear that Mason is in charge. Cruz then goes to see Craig unaware that Craig is holding Eden captive to gain more information on Robert. Sasha starts pressuring Mason on Tonell's whereabouts. Sasha will not give Mason the files until he proves he can be her friend and lover.

CC goes off on Greg for wanting to marry Emily. Julia and Mason left Tonell in the psychiatric clinic. Craig feels if he can deliver Barr to Tonell then he will be back in Tonell's good graces. Sophia talks CC into giving in to Greg and Emily. Mason and Julia realize that they will need Sasha's help in helping Mason running Tonell's business while he is in the psychiatric hospital. Craig is furious that Mason is in charge. Emily and Greg get married with Celeste, Sophia and CC as witnesses.

Sophia is disappointed that CC voted for Ethan. Ethan picks up Gina in a limo for the party and to meet his father. Laura catches Ethan and Gina in the limo. Emily and Greg have their blood tests completed and let Sophia know. Ethan beats Mason by a landslide. Mason and Julia try and decide what to do with Tonell after Julia knocks him out with a law book. Kelly poses as Robert's wife. Laura gets in a car accident after leaving the party in tears.

Robert goes to the train to pick up supplies not knowing that Kelly will be on that train. Election Day and Laura proposes to Ethan that they start a family. Greta and Mack dine out at the Orient Express where Michael and Julia watch them and Michael is a little jealous. Kelly meets up with Robert. Gina plans Ethan's victory party. Gina presents Laura with one of her original dresses for the victory party.

CC tells Eden that he thinks Kelly left to find Robert. Mason tells CC that since Greg is going to pick up the Capwell name, Mason will denounce his. CC tells Mason he does not want Mason to give up his name. Cruz loses Ric. Cruz, Eden and Ric realize that Tonell is involved with the diamonds.

Gina plants a photo of her and Mason kissing in the newspaper. Ethan tells Gina he wants to run a clean campaign. Kelly and Eden start feeling a rift where Robert is concerned. Cruz tells Eden that Ric is involved with diamonds again. Kelly books a trip to El Diablo to find Robert.

Mason goes to see Gina for help on his campaign, but she refuses to help. Emily tells Celeste she and Greg are engaged. Cruz figures Ric is fencing something and it is somehow connected to the warehouse robberies. Robert tries to get information out of Helena about the mines. Helena takes "Chance" down to the mine and they talk about the new owner, Robert Barr. The guy with the scar, Eli, harasses Celeste and later confronts Cruz with a gun.

Mack and Greta get hot and heavy. Cruz, Eden and Chip celebrate Halloween. Gina interrupts Greta and Mack. Eden dreams of Robert showing up with flowers and a bullet wound. Ethan and Laura make love. Cruz watches Ric at the bar and thinks Ric is up to no good again.

Kelly is not happy that Craig brought up Robert. Laura tries to play matchmaker with Mack and Greta. Michael tells Julia the weekend with Greta had no sparks. Laura's insecurity with Ethan and Gina begins to show. Ethan and Mason have a TV debate. Mack and Greta get romantic. Ethan and Gina share a kiss.

Mason screws up CC's plan to buy back the company from Robert. Julia tells Sasha she knows about her affair with Tonell. Kelly is furious when she realizes Robert was using her as the middleman between him and Tonell. Mason joins Sasha and Julia for dinner and warns Sasha to keep her mouth zipped about their affair.

Greg tries to persuade Emily into marrying him. Kelly goes to CC about Robert wanting to take money in Kelly's name. Robert gives Craig a word of warning for double crossing him. Robert tells Kelly she did the right thing going to CC. Emily says yes to Greg's marriage proposal. Cruz finally tells Eden he lost his job.

Emily tells Greg that Rosa saw her leaving the home in the morning and is embarrassed. CC tells Sophia he wants her back all or nothing. Ric asks Eden if Cruz is wanting to get back into the private eye business again. While on the oil rig, CC and Sophia strike oil. Kelly feels that Eden and Ric are talking down to her where Robert is concerned. Kelly realizes Robert duped her to get extra funds out of the company. Greg proposes to Emily. Sophia and CC spend a romantic night together. Robert got duped.

Cruz goes out job hunting. Kelly tells Mason she disagrees with him running for DA. Robert starts admiring Kelly's hard work. Greta and Michael's trip is turning into a disaster. Robert decides to hand over the company to Kelly. Gina and Laura have a girls night out. Cruz tells Robert to stay away from his friend jack Dante. Dante gives Mason information pertaining to Craig Hunt having bigger aspirations than being Robert Barr's right hand man. Mason asks Tonell if there is an opening in his organization.

There is no power in the cabin when Michael and Greta arrive. Gina tells Ethan she would love to be his campaign manager. Ethan asks Laura if she is jealous of Gina. Mason announces to the family that he is running for DA. Laura spills the beans about Cruz being fired to Eden. Mason asks Julia about having another child and Julia declines.

Greta asks Julia for advice with her weekend getaway with Michael. Ethan asks Cruz to work for him. Tonell is furious with Robert not moving the operation to Vegas. Eden is sent in jail. Keith gets the bullett he shot with Eden's gun. Cassandra and Michael have dinner for New Year's Eve. Kelly tells Sophia that Eden shot Quinn. Eden is released thanks to Mason. With Cruz, she thinks the only possible culprit is Flame.

Phyllis tells Gina she should not be spending New Year's Eve alone. Keith questions Eden about the gun he confiscated with her finger prints on it. Sophia prepares for her wedding to CC. CC and Sophia are wed. Keith arrives and arrests Eden.

Minx gives Michael a framed picture of Nikki for Christmas. Mason having lunch with Cassandra see's Dash eating with his father and confronts him. Dash says he did not rape Julia. Augusta tells Lionel she does not want Julia to prosecute Dash. Julia slaps Keith across the face. Cassandra apologizes to her previous encounter with Stephen, but Stephen does not accept. Keith calls Julia to tell her he has Dash behind bars. Augusta goes through Minx' things and realizes Cassandra is her daughter and alerts Lionel. Michael asks Cassandra out for New Year's Eve.

Craig overhears Kelly making an appointment with an obstetrician. Gina says the Las Vegas wedding is tack and Keith walks out. The blood found at the site matches Quinn and Robert's blood type. Jamie calls Cruz to tell him that Keith is going after Kelly's hypnosis tape.

Phyllis arrives in Vegas. Eden tells Cruz she did not kill Quinn. Dash's dad comes to visit him. Eden visits Julia and they discuss being raped. Gina stops the wedding. Cruz and Eden realize Kelly was set up.

Cassandra tells Stephen she never wants to see him again after his accusations. Brandon, Keith and Gina are in Las Vegas for Gina and Keith's wedding. Craig and Robert compete for Kelly's affections, again. Sophia and Kelly talk about Kelly being pregnant by Quinn. Eden finally awakes to Cruz.

Minx invites Amado to her holiday party. Jeremy tells Dash that his reputation is affecting the Blue Brigade and to step down. Minx asks Michael to get to know Cassandra for her. Michael and Stephen investigate Cassie's background. Gina tells Keith about her own rape. Michael arrives at Minx' party and says he would like to continue investigating Cassandra. Stephen tells Cassandra he found out that her fingerprints were found on CC's safe, where his film was and burned. Keith calls Julia to tell her that he is prosecuting Dash for her rape.

Cruz sees a tear on Eden's cheek on her hospital bed. Kelly's trial begins. Mason asks for Cassandra at the witness bar. She recognizes she saw Kelly unconscious the night of the murder, but that she didn't have any gun in her hands. She has to admit that the only one she saw with a gun is Eden. Kelly is released and goes back home. She tells Sophia that she is pregnant with Quinn.

Cruz tells Craig that Eden shot Quinn, not Kelly. Ghost Eden goes back to the night of Quinn's murder thanks to Briana. She sees again all the scenes which happened that night. She discovers that there was someone behind her when she shot Quinn, and that it is this person who actually killed him.

Cruz tells Mason they need to find out who set Kelly up. Minx is annoyed that Cassandra is involved with the Capwells. Minx apologizes to Cassandra for her careless remarks and Cassandra gives her a lashing. Julia goes to Keith about releasing Dash. Dash tells Stephen the charges were dropped. Briana tells Eden by going back to the site, she will remember things. Mason tries to talk Julia out of going after Dash. Julia tells Mason that she slept with Dash prior to the rape. Cassandra tells Cruz she left a sweater at Kelly's. While at Kelly's, Cruz witnesses Cassandra taking something.

Robert goes to Keith and asks why he let Flame go. Ghost Eden plays matchmaker for CC and Sophia. CC asks Sophia to the gala and Sophia accepts. Gina is about to expose Sophia and Lionel at the gala and Eden/Briana prevent it. Kelly gets hypnotized. Kelly remembers everything and realizes Cruz has known all along. Lionel announces the water partnership with CC at the gala. Michael tells Minx that Cassandra is his daughter. Keith proposes to Gina and she accepts.

Robert tells Craig it would be to Kelly's better interest if he stayed away from her. Dash goes to see Julia and Julia and Augusta freak. Keith tells Mason that Julia alleges she was raped by Dash. Craig visits Kelly in jail. Robert asks why she pulls away from him. Mason goes to comfort Julia and tell her that the charges against Dash have been dropped.

Kelly's hearing begins. Kelly is denied bail. A ghostlike Eden witnesses everything while still in her coma. Gina and Keith walk into his office and Flame is sitting in his chair and infuriates Gina. Keith releases Flame so she can testify against Kelly. Robert gives Flame a stern warning. Cruz tells Kelly that Eden is in a coma. Cruz wants to have Kelly hypnotized. A woman named Briana is guiding Eden.

Dash is arrested for the rape of Julia Capwell. Augusta tells Lionel about Julia. Dash tells the police he was asking Julia to marry him. Minx advises Amado that he can hurt Laken. Keith releases Dash. Lionel tells Minx he knows about his "sister".

Stephen visits Dash and feels something is wrong. Eden is in stable condition. Julia calls her doctor friend to come over to talk about the rape. Dash tells Stephen he was right about rushing Julia. Cruz realizes Craig is not the shooter.

Eden is in a car crash while heading to the police station. Keith is interviewed about being the new DA. Gina lets Keith know she is jealous of Flame. Mason notifies CC and Sophia that Eden was in a car accident and is in the hospital. Dash has a diamond ring for Julia. Julia goes to Dash's to tell him everything was a mistake. Augusta finds a distraught and quiet Julia at home. Eden has lapsed into a coma. Julia tells Augusta that Dash raped her. Eden flat-lines while in the hospital.

Eden tells Sophia she is responsible for Kelly's traumas. Dash tells Stephen he hopes Julia and Samantha move in with him. Cruz asks Craig why he is taking the blame for killing Quinn. Kelly asks CC to help Craig out. Keith charges Kelly with the murder. Keith points out to CC and Robert that Kelly has been able to walk for some time. Eden decides to turn herself in for Quinn's murder.

Augusta tells Minx about "BGL". Gina releases Keith and Flame from the attic. The police find a gun in Craig's hotel room and arrest him. Craig tells Keith that he killed Quinn. Cruz learns from Gina that Kelly is walking again. He repeats it to Eden. Keith tells Craig that they found Kelly's fingerprints on the trigger.

Richie, a guy from Laken's high school days competes with Amado for Laken's affection. Minx tells Michael she did not want to give up her daughter. Minx says she was afraid of a scandal. Julia is no longer suspended and can go back into private practice. Mason and Julia plan on how Samantha will spend Christmas. Lionel finds out that Minx is having revisions done on her will.

Dash imagines a life with Julia and Samantha. Julia is suffering pangs of guilt having slept with Dash. Mason offers Dash a stern warning. Eden tells Cruz she wants to turn herself in as the shooter. Keith offers Debra a reduced sentence if she can help him prove a Capwell shot Quinn. Kelly tells Eden she loves Quinn not Robert.

Cassandra's attempts to seduce Mason fail. Gina and Keith try to figure out who killed Quinn. Robert meets with Keith. Keith brings Debra in and asks Robert if she was his captor. Julia and Dash make love and Julia immediately regrets it. Robert witnesses Kelly walking out of her wheelchair.

Laken has a date with a man working for Lionel sparking jealousy with Amado. Dash tells Stephen he does not trust Cassandra and that he feels he is clicking with Julia. Lionel tries to figure what Maxwell wants from Minx. Michael admits to Minx that he followed her to Angelique's house. Minx tells Michael that she had a child out of wedlock. Julia cries on Dash's shoulder and they end up kissing passionately.

Robert tells Kelly that she is in the hospital due to cyanide poisoning from his twin Quinn. Eden tells Cruz that she shot and killed Quinn. Eden and Cruz tell Kelly that Quinn and Debra were in cahoots. Kelly cannot back up Eden's story of shooting Quinn in self- defense because she remembers nothing. Eden re-enacts the shooting with Cruz. Keith and Gina give Eden and Cruz a hard time. Cruz tells Debra that Quinn was shot and killed. Cruz books Debra.

Mason discovers that Keith is back and is the new district attorney. Cassandra makes Julia seeing her embracing Mason. Eden puts Kelly, unconscious, on the sofa. Cruz finds Robert attached in the attic and delivers him. Keith starts the investigation on Quinn's murder. Cruz understands that Eden shot Quinn.

Eden while looking for Robert comes across both Robert and Quinn. Kelly in a wheelchair pulls a gun on them. Keith back in town, holding Cruz, gets punched in the face. Gina walks in and Cruz gets away. Father Michael goes to get answers on Sister Angelique. Sister Lillian says that Angelique and father Merlin have been in touch and that Angelique is "evil incarnate". Quinn gets the gun and holds it on Robert. Michael visits with Minx and wants to know how she knows Sister Angelique. Eden shoots at Robert or Quinn.

Gina and Keith get the royal treatment when they arrive in Santa Barbara. Gina faints when one of the reporters says Keith is the new DA. Debra tries to convince Eden that Robert has been behind everything and not her. Robert and Cruz get on a plane and head to Santa Barbara. Quinn finds a passed out Kelly, who is pretending. Kelly stands up with a gun in her hand to use on Quinn. Cruz and Robert arrive in Santa Barbara and are told the new DA wants to see Cruz. Eden comes face to face with Quinn and Robert.

Craig and Eden question Quinn about the tape that they found and listened to. CC continues to get Sophia's notes. Gina and Keith play matador and bull like old times. Keith shocks Gina by saying he wants to go back to Santa Barbara. Sophia finally shows up for one of her meetings with CC. Kelly asks Robert who Flame is and then tells Quinn to stay in the other part of the house. Gina and Keith head home. Eden comes across Flame in her cell.

Michael tells Minx he will look for Angelique, but not as a priest. Julia gets visits from her long ago dead father. Michael decides to don his collar to search for Angelique. Michael talks with Sister Lillian and she cringes when he mentions Angelique. Father Merlin tells Michael to leave and that no one will help him find Angelique. Sister Lillian calls Michael and says to meet her and she can tell him where Angelique is. Mason decides to find out the legalities of a San Carlos divorce.

Gina and Keith have a nice reunion. Eden shows Quinn a pair of woman's shoes that she found. Minx asks Michael to search for a woman. Robert and Cruz escape and make a run for it. Keith tells Gina not to worry about Boots. Minx asks Michael to don his collar again and find a Sister Angelique. Robert tells Cruz he had no idea he had a twin brother. Eden shows Craig a hidden panel and gives him a tour. Craig finds one of the recordings that Flame made. Kelly attempts to walk.

An explosion at Disneyworld covers Boots before he gets to Gina and Brandon. Dash rescues Julia in Mexico from some natives. Quinn ties Flame up and promises Kelly that everything will be ok. Cassandra intentionally spills coffee on herself and Mason offers her his robe. Quinn locks Flame up in her own cell and says he has fallen in love with Kelly. Gina finally meets up with Keith. **First appearance of John Novak (Keith Timmons)

CC will let Minx and Lionel have water rights under certain conditions. Gina and Brandon arrive in Disneyworld with Boots hot on their trail. Dash follows Julia to Mexico where she is obtaining her divorce from Mason.

Flame starts making tapes of Eden and Quinn. The press asks if Julia's divorce is due to Dash. Mason visits with Kelly and tries to cheer her up. Kelly hears the tape that Flame created of Quinn and Eden talking and thinks it is really them downstairs talking. Eden is upset with Kelly canceling her physical therapy. Craig visits with Kelly and Eden explores the home and almost finds Flame.

Quinn finds Flame's hiding place. Roy has Robert and Cruz in jail on trumped up charges. Quinn tells Kelly he has set up a home office to be closer to her. Lionel wins the poker game. Minx finds out that to get to the water they have to blast on CC's property.

Lionel gets ready for his poker game with CC. Eden's picture is hanging up and Kelly asks Quinn if he sees Eden and Robert says no. Boots knocks Gina out and grabs the letter from Keith that says to meet him at Disneyworld. Augusta tries to keep Lionel and CC's poker game a secret from Minx. Minx crashes the poker game and disrupts everything as Lionel is about to win. Minx decides to play with CC and they both up the ante.

Mason tells Julia that she can have the divorce. Cruz finds Robert in Beaufort. Gina tells Brandon she is getting tired of the run around Keith is giving them. Robert tells Cruz all about Quinn and Debra. Mason tells Casssandra that he has gone to an AA meeting. Gina and Brandon are ready to go home and find another clue about Keith. Kelly agrees to let Eden move in. Cruz tells Robert about Kelly's accident. Clara pulls a knife on Cruz and Robert. Flame switches Kelly's portrait with Eden's and Kelly freaks and tells Quinn and Eden about it. Gina and Brandon decide to go to Disneyworld to find Keith. Julia and Dash dine out at the Polo club and Dash thinks it is more than casual. Roy shows up at Norma's as Cruz and Robert are getting ready to leave.

Julia has filed for divorce. Robert agrees to talk with Kelly about Eden moving in while she recuperates. Craig is furious when Cruz tells him what happened to Kelly on her wedding day. Dash tells Stephen how special Julia is. Augusta says that Julia and Dash compliment each other. Quinn finds Flame in the house.

Minx gives Michael ten thousand dollars towards his scholarship in Nikki's name. Kelly thinks she is hearing things. Quinn tells Kelly's doctor that she is imagining things. Lionel puts on a show for CC for Lockwell water. Eden asks Sophia why she is sending CC anonymous letters. CC and Lionel decide to settle the water rights via poker. Kelly's doctor tells Eden that the paralysis could be emotional and that Kelly is in an emotional state. Eden asks Robert if she can move in with him and Kelly.

Julia orders a restraining order for Mason against Julia and Samantha. Kelly is adamant not to use a wheelchair. Lionel does not approve of Minx lavishing Maxwell with gifts. He tells CC that Maxwell does not own the Lockridge property. Mason lets Cassie go. He goes to see Julia and tells her he is back in AA. Julia tells Mason she wants a divorce. CC refuses to go into business with Lionel.

Gina has to deal with Boots, who wants her to tell him where Keith is. Flame hides in Kelly and Quinn's bedroom, and continues to make Kelly believe that Eden is around. Kelly finds a painting that Quinn made of her. Craig discovers who hit him. He asks Cruz to join him.

At the hospital, Ric says goodbye to Kelly before leaving town. He tells Tawny that they are brother and sister, and leaves her. Kelly leaves the hospital for Quinn's house. Flame learns that Quinn can heritate from Kelly only if she is declared mentally irresponsable. She starts to create confusion in her mind about Eden. Craig phones Cruz to tell him who Debra London really is, but Roy hits him before he can talk.

Cruz catches Quinn in CC's study reading Kelly's trust. Kelly blames Eden for her paralysis. Quinn tells Flame that CC had a codicil added that if Kelly dies within 5 years everything goes to CC. Kelly is adamant that Robert not see her. Mason tells Cassandra that Julia thinks he is having an affair with her. Dash visits Julia and realizes that Julia and Mason have split up. Flame begins to distrust Quinn, so he seduces her. Kelly tells Quinn she is releasing him of his vows. Kelly turns Robert away. Mason and Dash get into a fist fight. Mason takes a drink from a flask. Cruz tells Eden that Kelly falling may not have been an accident. Lionel asks Maxwell what he expects from Minx. Flame will not admit to Quinn that she is responsible for Kelly's fall. Cruz and Eden set Quinn up. CC can't get past Lionel and Sophia's fling. Minx and Lionel do battle and Minx is proud of Lionel's assertiveness. Minx tells Lionel that half of the water is running under CC's property. Quinn falls for Cruz and Eden's trap. Kelly tells CC and Sophia the paralysis may be permanent. Debra gets unhinged when she finds the wedding photos of Kelly and Quinn.

Cruz shows up and an ambulance arrives for Kelly. Brandon and Gina continue the search for Keith. Julia tells Mason she is through with him. Debra removes the wire she had at the stairs causing Kelly to fall. Flame fantasizes her life with Quinn. Kelly cannot feel her legs. Cassandra gives Mason a much willing shoulder to cry on. Minx tells Laken that Amado is unsuitable for romance and Laken disagrees. Michael shows Dash, Harland's confession. Julia tells Augusta that Mason is drinking again. Lionel and Augusta come up with an idea to market the well water, but Minx and Maxwell beat them to the punch. Gina and Brandon are back at the trailer.

Gina and Brandon get a flat tire on a deserted highway. Eden confronts Quinn about his kissing Debra. CC and Julia are upset that Mason is drinking at Kelly's reception. Eden goes searching for Debra. Dash comforts Julia at the Lair. Debra hides out at the home that Quinn bought Kelly. Mason gets in a car accident with Samantha. Eden appears at the top of the stairs and tells Kelly that Debra is in the house and Kelly runs away and falls down the flight of stairs.

Minx tells Lionel and Augusta that she feels the water is like a fountain of youth. Dante calls Eden and says Debra's car is parked outside the Capwell estate. Quinn and Kelly are married with Debra outside in the rain tearfully looking on. Lionel and Augusta try the water and get frisky. Julia tells CC that Mason hit the sauce again. Quinn spots Debra outside and tells her that she is the only one for him and they kiss, which Eden witnesses.

Lionel tells Augusta that Minx gave CC quite a bit of money for the transaction. Lionel tells Augusta that Minx hired Amado and then Minx pumped water out of a well into her cane and then drank the water. Eden and Craig fill Cruz in on what they found out about Quinn. Robert calls Kelly, but the line goes dead. Kelly asks CC to give her away.

It is a rainy night for Kelly's wedding. Eden is upset about not being a part of the ceremony. Craig shows Eden information that Debra's real name is Flame Beaufort, same name as the town in Louisiana. Mason gives Quinn some advice on marrying into the Capwell family. Gina does more readings on the road and finds out that Keith has made enemies. Robert tricks Mabel into coming to his room faking being sick and escapes. Quinn calls Mabel and finds out Flame never arrived. Kelly, Sophia and CC toast the wedding and thunder strikes and Kelly spills red wine on her dress.

Quinn talks Kelly into mending fences with her family. Kelly tells her family she will have her wedding at the estate. Maxwell successfully bought the Lockridge land from CC. Mason apologizes to Dash for his behavior at the award ceremony. Quinn shows Debra the home he bought for him and Kelly and Debra thinks it is a dump. Debra says if Quinn murders Kelly on the honeymoon, Quinn does not need to buy a home. Quinn tells Debra to leave town and go back to Beaufort. Gina and Brandon meet a woman named Maxine who knew Keith. Maxine says she and Keith never consummated their relationship. Minx is drinking some special water found on Lockridge property. Lionel follows Minx to the well. Quinn asks Mason to be his best man.

Quinn is furious that Flame visited CC lawyer and found out that CC disinheriting Kelly was a hoax and that Debra was not going to tell him. Mason goes on about Dash's background at the award ceremony. Cruz tells Harland that he has information linking him to the explosion. Ric tells Harland that he is his son. Dash says he did not kill Eileen, he was relieved from his duties during surgery and did not lose his medical license. Craig shows up at the yacht and Kelly tells him that Robert stood her up. Julia is furious at Mason for drinking. Robert drops a note as he arrives at the yacht and tells Kelly he was wondering why she did not meet at the airport, which is what the note said to do. Mason asks Julia to pay more attention to him. Mason tells Julia she is being naïve where Dash is concerned. CC asks Kelly to have her wedding at the house and Kelly declines.

Dash and Julia explain to Mason that Dash's car was stuck in the mud. CC tells Sophia that Mason told Kelly about his plan. Kelly tells Quinn about being disinherited if she marries him. Cruz tells Carmen that Harland Richards is Richard Atkins. Carmen tells Cruz that Harland Richards is Ric's father. Dash wins an award with Julia by his side as Cassandra and Mason walk in. Mason starts drinking again. Mason makes a scene at the award ceremony. Mason says that Dash is a murderer.

It's New Year's Eve, Kelly visits Sophia. She tells Kelly that it is becoming easier for her to get through the lonely nights without her family. David drops by to hand her the first settlement payment. Suzanne is nervous about her date with Cruz because she knows that it will mark the beginning of a whole new relationship between them. Rafael has a date with Rosa and promises Cruz to keep the children away so that he can enjoy his romantic date with Suzanne. Ted and Lily share a kiss at midnight.

A reporter is interviewing Julia on her victory. Mason sees her and barges in. He has a long conversation with Julia over the trial and how it has changed him for the better. He says that he is happy that C.C.'s bad judge of character is finally out in the open. He asks Julia to start a new beginning with him. Gina runs out of the vet's office with the baby when she hears Lily, Ted, Brandon, Santana, Minx and Lionel enter. Gina barges in with the baby as C.C. and Santana prepare to make love.

Lily brings Ted to the vet's office but finds that Gina is not there. Lily is worried about her mother's erratic behavior lately. C.C. receives the final divorce papers from Sophia's lawyer. Gina, with baby in tow, barges into Lionel's office claiming to be his new secretary. Minx is baffled as she watches Gina redecorate Lionel's office. C.C. lays into Cruz over his relationship with Suzanne.

The morning newspapers highlight the arrest of Craig Hunt for the shooting. Brandon tries to prevent Gina from seeing it. He tries to persuade his mother to call C.C., but Gina remains adamant about keeping the birth a secret. Santana thanks C.C. for giving her the best Christmas she has had in years. Ted comes in and interrupts them. He tells his father that he found out that it was C.C. who engineered the idea of stranding Ted and Katrina in the cabin on Christmas Eve.

Warren calls everyone down to witness his last editorial before the verdict. He informs them that Angela's testimony was an act and that she was on their side all the time. Gina and Lily are driving home when she hears that the verdict will be out soon. She forces Lily to drive to Angela's house so that she can gloat. Craig has Angela at gunpoint. She pleads for her life and hears the radio announcement. She convinces Craig to hold off until after the verdict. Gina goes into labor with Brandon and Lily, so they go to a vets office. Lionel shows up when the baby is born.

Angela is certain that Craig is the killer. She tries to get away from him by making up all sorts of excuses, but he sticks to her like glue. He says that he needs to have a little talk with her. Angela manages to retreat to the courthouse where she scribbles "Craig has the bullets" on a piece of Kleenex. She slips the note into Cruz's pocket just before Craig drags her out the courthouse. Cruz tells Kelly that Eden will not be coming home and has accepted this.

Angela is called to the stand but David manages to ask for a recess. Warren remains adamant that Angela should not testify. C.C stops by Craig's house and finds Gina there. C.C demands that Craig break off his relationship with Gina. Craig asks C.C for another chance to prove himself. Angela is on the stand. Marley asks her about the night of the shooting. At first, she says that she was with Warren.

Craig is at the Oasis looking for Gina. Lily lies and says that she is at a doctor's appointment. Craig tries to be friendly and talks to Lily about Vegas. She implies that he has picked up some nasty habits there himself. Craig asks her to try and be civil since he is getting closer to Gina. The trial resumes and Mason is sworn in. Warren asks to speak to Julia in private. David calls for a recess, which annoys the judge.

Suzanne is terrified of testifying. Cruz helps her to calm down. They talk about the possibility of having a future together. Suzanne says that he will never love her the way he loves Eden and that she will fall in love only once in her life. Cruz manages to expand her outlook and persuades her to take a chance on a relationship. C.C is worried about Santana's testimony. She assures him that she will be able to handle herself and Marley.

C.C. and Santana wake up in each other's arms. They talk about their inner child and how it must be set free once in a while. Angela is writing letters to Warren. She crumples them to make them look old and stick it behind his drawer. She disguises her voice and phones Marley, telling him that they have missed some evidence. News of David and Angela's divorce hits the papers.

C.C. is very pleased with the redecoration of his bedroom. He is helping Santana get undressed when Rosa and Kelly enter. C.C. and Santana manage to disentangle themselves, but have already warranted disapproving stares from Rosa and Kelly. Craig goes through the drawer to see what is missing. They then play a cat and mouse game in trying to determine who is the culprit. Angela removes the bullet from her purse and places it in her brassiere.

Lily and Ted bond as she helps him decorate the Capwell Christmas tree. Katrina sees Mason drowning his sorrows in alcohol and goes over to talk to him. He shares all his sorrows with her. She then hands him a letter from Warren. C.C and Santana tell each other how much they missed one another. Craig tells Angela that the shooting was well executed.

Angela breaks into Craig's drawer. Inside she finds detailed files on everyone close to him, including herself. She also finds a gun and a box of bullets. Gina phones and says that she will drop by soon. Angela panics and drops the bullets. She manages to retrieve them all but places one in her purse as she heads out the door. Gina and Sophia exchange insults again.

Ted and Katrina grow closer, but Dash is weary of their close friendship. Lily tries to tell Gina not to get involved with Craig. Gina convinces herself that Craig and Angela are more than friends. Craig is called to testify. He says that he overheard Warren threaten Mason, but Jim Sanford does a good job discrediting him by bringing up his past. Mason and Cassie exchange angry words outside the courtroom. Katrina tells Dash that she had confronted Craig.

Santana informs C.C. that it is her birthday. He insists that they go out to celebrate after the trial. Julia and Mason have an ugly confrontation outside the courtroom where he accuses David of defending Warren just so he can get closer to Julia. The trial begins and Cruz is called to the stand. Marley questions him about the bombing of the newspaper office.

Gina goes over to Craig's to thank him for his help with C.C. She finds Angela there and gets jealous. Katrina wants to confront Craig about his actions, but Dash warns her not to get involved with such a dangerous person. Ted brings Katrina to inspect some land for C.C. as part of her article about his work. Lily does some checking up on Craig's past.

C.C. and Santana begin to rekindle their relationship. He gives her a beautiful pearl necklace and suggests that they take a romantic stroll on the beach. Ted stops by the newspaper and offers to help edit Katrina's article. Angela is rummaging through Craig's stuff unaware that she is being observed by Dash. Craig decides to bring Angela home.

Katrina sets up an interview with Ted. Angela finds Julia and David talking in the courtroom and interrupts them. She gives David a hard time over his decision to resign his judgeship. Gina tries her best to get back into C.C.'s good graces, but he will not give her the time of day. She proposes that she and Craig pair up to serve their own best interests. C.C. tries to get Ted involved in the family business.

The trial is recessed as the audience tries to absorb the shock of the prosecution's request. Cruz worries that he may actually hurt Warren's defense. Craig talks to Katrina and tells her that he will help her out if she has any problems with her visa. Warren worries for his life as he feels the noose around his neck tightening. Cassie is upset with Mason for seeking the death penalty.

Santana moves back into the Capwell House. David tells Julia that Angela will be filing for divorce sooner than expected. He also tells her that he will be resigning from the bench because of the scandal that will come out. Angela and Warren exchange insulting remarks when they pass each other in the Courthouse. Mason is intrigued by their apparent argument.

David tells Angela that the kidnapping charges against Warren have been dropped. He warns her not to get to involved because Warren might implicate her to save himself. He adds that it is to her advantage if they kept their divorce on hold until after the trial. Santana visits Warren and offers to testify as a character witness. She confides in Warren about the trouble Gina caused between her and C.C..

Warren dictates an editorial about the whole Capwell-Lockridge feud and how the torch has been passed down from father to son. Cassie is upset with Mason for not consulting her before pressing kidnapping charges against Warren. They have a huge argument and Cassie tells him not to dismiss her feelings. Lionel visits Warren in jail and tells him not to trust Angela because he still suspects her of shooting Mason. Cassie gives Mason back the engagement ring.

Lily meets Ted for the first time since her return. They catch up on old times. Ted and Kelly worry that Mason is a ticking bomb ready to go off at Warren. Katrina has planned a romantic brunch for Dash. Craig ruins it by reminding Dash about his ultimatum to break up with Katrina. Warren and Angela try to decipher the real assailant through the photos of the party. They cannot find any real evidence to pin the murder on Craig.

C.C. confronts Gina about the gossip she is spreading about Santana and Warren. Gina finally gives in and admits that Santana was with Brandon in San Francisco. She adds that she was left with no choice because she will not let C.C and Santana take Brandon away from her. C.C realizes just how insecure Gina is. Julia puts herself on trial as she desperately tries to sort out her feelings for Mason.

Warren returns to San Francisco and after settling things straight with Kelly, who is frightened of him at first, he starts to talk with Cassie. Cruz tries to find Warren and informs Minx about the recent developments. Warren tries to make Cassandra change her mind about the wedding by saying that Mason hunted him out of revenge and not out of love and concern for her.

Cruz returns and is informed about the wedding fiasco. He tells everyone that he couldn't find Eden again. Suzanne shows him a portrait she's made of him with Chip and Adriana. Santana refuses to explain anything to C.C about her trip and decides to move out of the house. Julia scolds Warren and Mason who are still locked in the cells and she leaves, letting them locked.

Julia and David leave with a helicopter for Alcatraz. Warren calls Mason who is in a balcony. Mason trips, falls and loses his gun. Angela calls Gina and blames her for making her believe that Warren has an affair with Santana. Santana returns and finds out that C.C. has called off all her redecoration plans. She understands that Gina is behind this. Warren hunts Mason with the gun.

Cassandra returns to the hotel room and tells everyone what has happened. Craig finds Dash and tells him that Katrina's visa expires in a few days and if he wants her to stay in the U.S he must break up with her immediately and leave town. Dash understands he has to do it and he throws Craig out. Kelly, Julia and Cassandra worry of what might happen in Alcatraz. C.C. doesn't believe Angela and she tries to persuade him.

Dash visits C.C. to examine him and Craig throws him out. C.C. tells Craig he should have been more gentle. Still, he is worried about Katrina and is angry with Dash about the attack. Angela goes to the paper's office and bumps into Lionel. They have another fight. Mason locks Warren inside the cell and takes Cassie with him. Angela and David meet for dinner and have a considerably friendly talk although Angela still tries to make him stop the divorce.

Everyone in the house blames Dash for C.C.'s attack. Santana wakes C.C. up and they start to make out. She accidentally drops her hair-bow in his bed. Katrina and Kelly fight as Kelly blames Dash and Ted watches the whole scene. Kelly talks to Mason on the phone and goes on to blame Warren too. Katrina stands up for Warren too. Ted backs up Katrina saying that it's obvious someone is trying to frame Warren as nobody still knows who left the message that Mason and Cassandra hadn't married.

Angela is persuaded that the woman in Warren's life is Santana and she tells Lionel. Gina calls Lily and invites her to Santa Barbara. Lily while gambling in a casino tells her that she'll be too busy. Santana makes C.C go to the hospital to have his wounds examined. Ted tells Katrina he doesn't like Dash and Katrina tells him that he can't judge as he doesn't know him and that he should have seen Dash yesterday when he rescued her and C.C..

Sophia sees Ted for the first time and she frowns as she misses Eden and Mason. Kelly comes and tells everybody about Warren trying again to stop the wedding. C.C is angry with Katrina for not saying anything and questions her loyalty in the family. Warren and Cassandra get in a cell in Alcatraz and a furious Cassandra climbs at the top to scream for help. C.C calls Julia and finds out about the kidnapping. Katrina leaves and Ted is angry with his father for being unfair to her. Later he admits to Kelly she reminds him of someone special he knew.

Warren waits hidden for the wedding to start. When it starts, he runs to the altar and kidnaps Cassandra! At the Capwell mansion, C.C and Santana finally see Ted. Everybody is happy except Craig. C.C asks Craig to help him make Ted stay in Santa Barbara for good by matching him up with Katrina. Ted gives presents to everyone. C.C introduces him to Katrina and they immediately get along. Gina sees Ted and he is surprised to see her pregnant. **First appearance of Paula Irvine (Lily "Light" Blake)

Angela finds Lionel at the Oasis and blames him that Warren's lawyer is following her. Lionel admits it is him that follows her because he believes she shot Mason and killed Amado. Julia is looking at herself at the mirror fantasizing she is the one getting married to Mason. Rosa is thrilled to welcome Ted home. Mason rushes into her room looking for Cassandra. He tries to make her admit she is still in love with him and give him another chance while there is still time but Cassandra comes and spoils everything. Warren gets the message in the machine and rushes to leave to stop the wedding. Warren abducts Cassandra as she is heading down the aisle.

Cassie wakes up and tells Mason that she has an uneasy feeling that something terrible will happen to ruin their wedding. Mason calms her down and talks about their plans for the wedding. Warren tells Angela that he is in a perfect relationship with her, no strings attached. Angela embraces him, but her face shows signs of disappointment. C.C. and Santana exchange good morning kisses. Kelly enters and says that they should contact Ted to find out when he will be returning. Ted tells them that he will be home by the afternoon. He expresses some concern that he may not live up to their expectations. Santana promises to catch up with Ted. Kelly tells Ted that C.C. is very vulnerable. Mason asks Ted to be the best man at the wedding.

Sophia and Kelly go over to show concern for Gina. When Kelly suggests the hospital, Gina panics and says that the pains have subsided. Kelly lectures Gina on how she should not take anything too lightly. Gina stands up and says that it was probably something she ate. She asks Craig to call C.C to come pick her up, but Craig insists that he'd be the one to take her home. Katrina is introduced to Ted. They make small talk about the portrait. He is anxious to meet her in person. C.C toys with the idea of Ted and Katrina getting together. C.C invites her to their celebration tomorrow night. Craig calls Warren's office and leaves a message that Mason and Cassie are still not married yet. He walks away, happy with his actions. Gina spoils Santana's plans for a romantic night with CC. **First appearance of Eileen Davidson (Kelly Capwell)

Mason has spotted the building in the portrait and has rushed inside with Julia and Cassie following closely behind. At the Oasis, Lionel meets up with Jim Sanford, Warren's attorney, to discuss his progress on the case. Lionel notices Angela and tries to reinforce his theory that makes Angela the prime suspect who shot Mason. Craig delivers a letter to C.C. It is an invitation from Gina for him to come see her new nursery she made for the baby. C.C, tired of Gina's advances, asks Craig to keep her occupied for the evening so that there will not be any interruptions. In the shop house, Mason is pounding on the door to an apartment, but there is no one answering.

Mason questions Julia about David's sudden departure. He confesses to her that jealousy wells up in him every time he sees her with another man. Mason hypothesizes that their apparent feelings towards each other is the real reason David decided not to stay in San Francisco. Mason then asks Julia to at least admit that they still love each other. Santana notices C.C observing her and continues her game of seduction. She turns around and acts surprised to see him standing in the doorway. Craig visits Katrina to update her on the search for Ted and Eden. C.C goes to see Katrina at the newspaper office. She inquires about Eden and Ted. She hopes that C.C's whole family will come back to him.

Mason and Cassandra wake up together and start to make love. Mason can't do it so Cassandra tells him it's because of Julia's being in the next room. Ted packs his things as he feels he is in danger and tells his friends that he can't keep on risking their daughter's life. David comes to San Francisco and asks Julia if her trip to Boston had anything to do with the investigation of Marilyn. Sophia talks to Lionel about her feelings. C.C comes and tells her that Mason is on the way to find Eden and Ted. Santana tells Rosa that Sophia has gone back to Lionel after seeing them together.

Mason, Cassandra and Julia return to the hotel but Mason leaves to show the seller of the portrait a photo of Eden. Angela and David talk and she wonders why he continues to support her even though he knows the truth. David suggests that she admits the truth in public. Santana tells Rosa that CC needs to move on. Mason calls CC to tell him that Ted is in Chinatown. Warren's attorney tells her to start talking because she will have to be prepared to face Mason in court. He stages a trial rehearsal to show her how rough it will be.

Warren and Angela are half-naked in the office and they talk about their no commitment deal. Cassandra and Mason call Suzanne and ask her if by any chance she has painted a portrait of Ted. After she tells them she hasn't, Mason is sure that Eden is the one who's painted it. Warren talks with his lawyer, who is determined to clear him, about the case and they both realize that it's very difficult to prove his innocence. Mason postpones the wedding once more in order to find Ted.

Cassandra and Mason are still in the park and Mason can't understand how in the world a portrait of Ted could be there. Julia calls David and tells him her feelings as the wedding comes closer and Angela walks in. She is being sarcastic about David's affair with Julia. Warren calls Lionel from Alaska and tells him that he'll be back today. He asks Lionel to get Cassie to the newspaper office tonight as he wants to talk to her. Lionel tells him that Cassie is in San Francisco because she is marrying Mason. Cassie confronts Mason on his real reasons for marrying her. Cassandra and Mason show Julia the painting of Ted.

Katrina talks to Suzanne who is totally freaked out. Suzanne feels guilty because of her feelings for Cruz. She never had a love story as grand as Eden and Cruz's and she was in love with him for years just from reading the letters. She feels she has betrayed Eden. Chip is upset because he thinks that the misunderstanding with Suzanne was his fault and Cruz tells him it's not. Rafael tries again to show him he should move on with his life as his children need a new mother and he is obviously very lonely. Mason and Cassie prepare to marry in San Francisco. CC tells Santana that he is ready to move on without Sophia. Mason and Cassie spot a painting of Ted.

Ted is walking in Chinatown and a blonde woman is following him without showing her face. Cassandra tells everyone about her wedding and both C.C. and Lionel do a last effort to change her mind. Katrina and Suzanne plan a surprise party for Cruz's birthday while Sophia gives him a present. Cruz finds a note with a riddle that leads him to the Oasis. Cruz remembers that this is the exact way that Eden planned their engagement and runs as he is convinced it's a note from her. C.C. and Gina's plan works and Rosa goes out with Rafael again. Cruz gets at the Oasis and he receives a portrait of Adriana. He is now completely sure that Eden's behind it.

David tells Julia that Angela has been blackmailing him into staying married. Gina asks CC to go with her to Lamaze classes, butt CC says no. Craig comforts Gina and they kiss. Julia does some investigating on Angela's sister Marilyn's death. Gina and Cassie fight so Gina blabs to the society page about Cassie and Mason being married in San Francisco. Ted is being followed in Chinatown. **First appearance of Michael Brainard (Ted Capwell)

Everybody is watching Warren in Moscow. Katrina is touched by a girl's story while Mason and Gina talk about Warren. He tells her that he rearranged a wedding date and Gina suspects that there is a connection between Warren's absence and Mason's wedding plans. Cassandra visits Minx at her suite and they have a talk with Lionel. Cassandra tells them that she will marry Mason and that she feels tremendous guilt that she didn't believe in Warren from the beginning. Angela is writing a letter to Warren begging him to come home.

Sophia is livid when she finds CC and Santana finally getting rid of Channing's things. Julia returns to Santa Barbara after her trip. She meets with David and they talk about what's been going on between them. David tells her that he doesn't blame her or anyone else for his problems with Angela and apologizes about his bad behavior. Cassandra is watching Warren on the T.V and feels very touched. She realizes that she had forgotten what a gentle and caring man he really is and feels guilty she ever thought he tried to kill Mason. Mason arrives and they start to talk. Mason asks her to rearrange their wedding date and after Mason tells her that he's made plans to have the perfect wedding she accepts.

Santana talks to Rosa and persuades her to go out with Rafael one more time. Later, she watches Warren's broadcast on TV and feels very proud of her old friend. Craig throws to her some very bad remarks about him but Santana gives her full support. Gina and C.C watch too and while C.C is busy Gina gets a note that Mason has sent to Cassandra asking her to marry him while Warren is gone. Gina throws it away. Katrina watches the show with Dash and feels very emotional as the people in the streets of Moscow remind her of herself when she was in East Germany.

CC tells Craig he believes that Gina and Santana are competing for his attention. Minx goes to meet Katrina, since Amado was so find of her. Craig and Santana butt heads about the way Santana is spending CC's money for redecorating.

C.C. thanks Gina for last night and tells her that he finds her almost bearable. Gina is flattered and hopeful. Meanwhile, Santana asks Rosa for some room in the kitchen because she wants to cook dinner for C.C. Rosa tells her that she should keep her distance, as C.C. is still in love with Sophia but Santana tells her that she just wants to thank him for helping her launch her new business. Rosa goes on a date with Cruz' father Rafael. Katrina and Dash are at Julia's house where Katrina is baby-sitting for Samantha as Julia is out of town.

Sophia's health is taking a turn for worse, but she is keen on going to Ted and Lily's wedding. McCabe finally proves that Ken poisoned both of his ex-wifes, and this puts Sophia in dangerous position. Rafe arrives at the wedding in the nick of time to tell Lily that he's ready to leave Lisa for her.

Lily and Ted's wedding is filled with problems. Gina finds Samantha unintentionally ruining Lily's wedding dress. At the bachelor party, C.C. gives Ted 15% of the share on Capwell Enterprises. Samantha then apologizes to Lily by giving her a gift. Accidentally, the gift turns out to be the invitation cards that haven't been posted. Also, the cook and the band cancel the appointment. This all causes a huge chaos.

Warren and B.J. are being troubled by Donna Kent, a movie producer, who is interested in publishing B.J.'s trial story. Rafe has a dream in which he realizes Lisa faked her pregnancy to force him to marry her. Gina is troubled when she realizes the wedding preparations aren't going as well as she though

Sophia is upset when Andi confirms having an affair with Ken. Gracie notices that the invitation cards for the marriage have not yet been posted. McCabe and Kelly are trying to do an autopsy of McCabe's dead wife to learn if Ken had a hand in her death.

C.C. has a strange dream during Christmas Eve about Mason, Lionel and Sophia giving him advice and talking about life. When he wakes up, everyone is surprised by his new attitude.

Gracie disappears without a trace and takes a few stuff with herself. Warren and B.J. fight after learning that the publisher didn't have clear intentions with Warren's book. B.J. then asks Jodie to pick up her stuff from Warren's place and take it home. Jodie visits Warren, but not to take the stuff, but to talk to Warren to rethink the fight they had. Warren visits B.J. and they make up. Reese is bothered by the fact that Micah came along with Jodie to visit him. Kelly learns of Connor's secret mission in which his sister was murdered.

Ted and Lily rush to the hospital after learning about Rafe's accident. Ted then shows his jealousy when Lily shows compassion for Rafe. Sophia is being released from the hospital. She's worried because Ken never visited her. C.C. knows about this, but he doesn't say anything to her.

McCabe and Kelly search for evidence that Ken killed his first two wives. Connor avoids Kelly's question about his own family. Kelly talks to Mrs. McCabe and soon learns that she doesn't know who Connor is. C.C. gives Ted and Lily a part of land as a Christmas present. Lisa informs the family about Rafe's accident. Warren thinks B.J. is too naive.

Julia wants to have a serious conversation with Gracie, and she is keen on punishing the father of the child that left Gracie. Meanwhile, Mason thinks Gracie is a crook. Jodie plans to be with Micah for Christmas. Warren receives a phone call from a person that could publish his script.

Sawyer and Reese are having fun making fun of Warren, who will soon become a new member of their family. Ken tricks Sophia into signing papers that hand all power of Armonti Industries to him. Gracie tells her tragic story to Julia and Mason. McCabe acquires new info on Ken.

Both C.C. and Kelly are keen on helping Sophia overcome her pill addiction. Warren and B.J. are keen on getting married, but Gina wants them to marry later because she's occupied taking care of Lily and Ted's wedding arrangements. Jodie talks to B.J. about her separation from Reese for the first time.

Kelly wants to find out more information about Ken. Meanwhile, it seems like Ken has already taken over half of Armonti Industries, and with Sophia in the hospital, he is now in full control. Meanwhile, Andi is having doubts about her affair with Ken because it seems like she has fallen in love with Reese.

After collapsing during a talk with Kelly, Sophia is being brought to the hospital. C.C. and Angela reunite. Julia and Mason pick up a pregnant hitchhiker. McCabe tries to find more information about Ken.

Girls arrive to Lily's bachelor party. B.J. is in negotiations to have Warren's script published. Warren and Minx discuss about the perfect engagement ring for B.J. Warren then learns about B.J.'s publishing plans, so he yells at her and ruins his surprise. B.J. rejects the proposal, but after a discussion and bit of yelling, she accepts. Angela swears to C.C. that her affair with Ted was only about sex and nothing else. A frustrated Ted confirms her story to C.C. Clearly upset, Ted realizes that he wants to be with Lily. C.C. and Angela reunite. Kelly tries to talk to Sophia, but she collapses.

On their weekend getaway, Julia tries to persuade Mason to adopt a child. They start fighting and ruining their perfect vacation. C.C. and Kelly are worrying about Sophia. Gina decides to take the matter in her own hands after learning that C.C. and Angela aren't engaged anymore, fearing that this might ruin Lily and Ted's wedding.

Julia is upset to learn that Mason has given up hope that they'll ever have a child together. Jodie helps abused people in the hospital. Giovanni works at the same hospital. Gina engages to prepare the perfect wedding for Lily and Ted. C.C. breaks off his engagement to Angela, not being able to forgive her the affair with Ted.

Warren finds B.J. reading one of his old scripts and she has an idea to have it published. Mason and Julia depart to a weekend getaway. Angela tells Ted she'd like to become his wife.

Micah and Jodie's night out is delayed when Micah enters a discussion with Giovanni about his future profession as a priest. Andi and Reese are having dinner in the Oasis. Gina wants Lisa to take Rafe somewhere out of town so Lily would have a perfect wedding. Giovanni gives advice to Lisa about her life. Rafe tells Lily that he isn't ready to leave Lisa only to be with her, and she explains that she likes Ted more. Ted and Lily have a romantic night together. Both Reese and Jodie are jealous about their dates.

Kelly sympathizes with McCabe, who has just lost his job. He then takes her to dinner. They end up in his apartment kissing, but Kelly realizes it's too soon for her. B.J. gets an offer from Hollywood to buy off television rights to her trial story. C.C. and Angela fight after she confirms her affair with Ted.

Ted dreams of marrying Angela. Kelly advises him to find out what he really wants, who he wants to be with. C.C. asks Angela to marry him, and reluctantly, she accepts. Ted is shocked by the proposal, and he admits to C.C. that he was having an affair with Angela. McCabe becomes Reese's new partner.

Lily and Ted discuss ending their engagement, and he later announces that they are getting married soon. Jodie invites Micah to dinner, but something goes wrong, so they end up on a picnic. He teaches her how to dance tango and it all leads to a passionate kiss. Andi and Reese spend some quality time together.

The Walker family and friends, along with B.J., are celebrating B.J.'s innocence in court. Mason and Julia admit that the trial has separated them more than they'd want to admit. Aurora tries to make Micah and Giovanni talk again, but it's not exactly an easy task.

McCabe finds new evidence against Ken. Sophia told him that Ken was married only once, but he was actually married twice. The Walker family and friends are nervous because the jury is still discussing Frank's murder case. Warren tries to uplift B.J.'s spirit. Mason worries his marriage to Julia may fail if she takes the position of federal judge.

McCabe tries to get closer to Kelly, but she distances herself because she still has feelings for the departed Cruz. Ken continues giving pills to Sophia, so she has to entirely rely on him to do her business. Gina, Rafe, C.C. and Lily help Angela and Ted get out of the pit they fell in.

Sophia breaks down when Ken gives her yet another pill. Reese begs Andi to distance herself from the dangerous Ken. C.C. reluctantly joins Gina, Lily, Rafe and Lionel in search for Ted and Angela. They finally find them.

The trial reaches it's peak when B.J. suddenly remembers a clue moment of the night Frank was murdered. She remembered Frank committing suicide by shooting himself. The jury retreats to make a conference and decide about B.J.'s future.

Julia wants Mason to allow her to interrogate and addition witness in court. A woman named Sally comes as a witness who was sexually abused by Frank in her childhood. Arnold is not at all happy about her testifying.

Angela and Ted are still missing. Gina senses Ted is in danger. Along with Lily, she informs C.C. about it. He then refuses to inform the police, although there's a possibility they could have been kidnapped. B.J. and Warren's night out in Oasis is interrupted by the press. A girl from the next table shows sympathy for B.J.'s problems.

Micah, Aurora and Sawyer are able to persuade Giovanni to stay in Santa Barbara, but they are then later surprised to find out what kind of profession Giovanni has. Arnold gets even more closer to proving his statement when Eugene takes a stand and confirms that he abused Frank as a child.

Gina arranges Lily's wedding day, but the groom doesn't seem to appear. Julia explains her plans about having B.J. claim self defense in court and get B.J. free on probation. Arnold continue ripping into B.J. at court by claiming B.J. is a hysterical and confused person. She starts shouting at him, and he claims B.J. has a bad temper, quickly losing her control. **Last appearance of Stephen Nichols (Dr. Skyler Gates)

Angela and Ted fall into a pit, and Angela has to use her scout skills to get out. Meanwhile, Lily and C.C. are searching for them. Micah isn't happy after learning that he operated on his own son.

Gina comments on Ted and Lily's engagement at the salon, and Angela overhears the conversation. She then tells Gina that the wedding could turn into a double wedding because C.C. asked her to marry him. Lily suspects Lisa was only faking her pregnancy to marry Rafe. In court, Arnold questions B.J., who is feeling pressured by the new memories that arrive in her head. When she says she might have killed Frank, Warren jumps in disbelief and is then brought out of the court.

Reese and Jodie testify in court. Julia wants B.J. to take a stand to prove her credibility. Mason and Julia talk about their relationship that got ruined only because of the judge position. They start flirting again. Kelly visits Sophia and uses the opportunity to steal one of her pills and have it examined in a lab. Micah operates on an unknown man, and then later learns that it's his son Giovanni.

C.C. fears Sophia might have a pill addiction, and he asks Micah for advice. Kelly suspects Ken caused the addiction. B.J. isn't sure if she should plead guilty or not. Jodie and Reese give her advice to plead guilty because she could try to prove that she acted in self defense, and therefore she could get a smaller punishment. Warren refuses to accept that idea.

A drunk Jodie seduces Skyler, but he rejects her, and she feels ashamed the day after. Warren and B.J. take some time to imagine what their future could be like if Frank never bothered B.J. After learning about Ted and Lily's engagement, C.C. threatens to disinherit Ted. Sophia tries to calm C.C.

Jodie is desperate after Dolly Foster's speech, and she visits Skyler looking for a possible way to help B.J. Warren and B.J. come to a realization that B.J. was taking a shower with the pistol on the same night Frank was murdered, and B.J. then realizes that she's guilty.

Dolly Foster is being questioned as the witness of the night Frank was murdered. She testifies against B.J., claiming that she saw B.J. throw away a pistol on the same night. Julia, shocked by this, wants to have B.J. plead guilty so she'd get a more merciful verdict. However, Arnold refuses to take the offer. Ted announces his engagement to Lily.

Arnold decides to take drastic measures to prove that B.J. murdered Frank. Mason and Julia are having hard time reuniting after the election obviously put a separation between them

Mason gloats believing that he will win the position of the judge, while Julia is angry not only because she wanted the position, but also because she thinks Mason is a bad judge. However, at the very end, Julia wins the position! Ted suggests marrying Lily to have the perfect revenge on Rafe and Angela.

Andi decides not to press charges against Ken. Reese warns her about the possibility that Ken might attack her again, but she refuses to believe so. Julia is upset to learn that preliminary results are showing Mason as the winner for the position of judge. C.C. tries to seduce Angela, but her current goal is to mess with Ted.

Sophia and Ken visit Andi in hospital, but Sophia still has no idea that Andi is Ken's mistress, or that he is making an addict out of her with the pills. Warren is being interrogate in court by Ben Arnold, and Ben doesn't seem to spare Warren. Skyler believes the trial is a positive thing for B.J. because it will help her regain her memory of the day Frank was murdered.

B.J. refuses to marry Warren in the nick of time, due to moral principles. Warren wakes up the morning after with a terrible hangover, and he is due to testify in court. This causes Warren to drive to Oasis and get drunk. Reese finds Andi unconscious.

Warren and B.J. decide to get married, but only because they need this for the court, but also because they seem to love each other. Ted persuades Angela to forget about C.C. Ken beats up Andi. Sophia becomes addicted to Ken's sleeping pills.

Angela and C.C. realize that they are mutually attracted to each other. Lily and Ted make a pact to pretend having a relationship, only to prove something to their true loves, Angela and Rafe. In court, Kelly confirms that Cruz burned B.J.'s dress to protect her.

Frank's murder trial continues with problems when Frank's girlfriend slaps B.J. in court. Reese and Jodie take it upon themselves to dig into Frank's past and find details that could help B.J. Kelly is shocked when news comes of Cruz' capture, and she wants to testify instead of him.

On Boratunga, the natives are celebrating some kind of an event, and this means a lot of fun for the tourists from Santa Barbara. C.C. realizes Angela is hurt because of Warren, so he expresses his love for her. Moments later, Ted wants to have sex with Angela, but she rejects him. Rafe sneaks in Lily's hotel room and wants to spend time with her.

Sawyer is feeling troubled after testifying against B.J. in court, but others are convincing him that he did the right thing. Jodie wants Micah to explain to Reese that the picture of them kissing was harmless. B.J. freezes when Warren questions her about the details of the night Frank was murdered, so the judge is forced to expand the trial.

Jodie and Reese are fighting, and Reese is keen on ending their marriage after seeing the pictures of Jodie and Micah kissing. Warren prepares B.J. to testify in court. Rafe upsets Lily by arriving in Boratunga. He then realizes she's there with Ted.

McCabe decides to drop the charges against Sawyer, but only if he admits what he had seen on the night Frank was murdered. B.J. is shocked when Sawyer admits he witnessed the night of the murder, but later she remembers seeing him. She persuades Sawyer to testify in court. Carla shows Micah the picture of him kissing Jodie and asks for an explanation.

Kelly and B.J. are surprised when they visit a meeting of abused children. McCabe visits Rosa to obtain more details about the party. He finds the scissors that B.J. nearly used to stab Warren. Sawyer is quite sure he saw B.J. on the night Frank was killed.

C.C. and Sophia talk about their past, and they realize that no matter whatever happens, something is always stopping them from being happy. They kiss. Julia comforts Gracie and promises that her baby will have a great future and the only thing it needs is love. Then Gracie goes into labor. Jodie and Reese talk on the beach, and he promises to always fight for her. They start walking, and finally embrace each other again. Julia takes a pregnancy test and learns she is pregnant. B.J. and Warren's wedding ceremony starts and everyone reunites. Andi appears during the ceremony with a rifle, threatening to destroy the wedding.

B.J. and Warren inform the others about their wedding ceremony. Andi talks to Jodie while Micah is away, and while Jodie talks to her husband over the phone, Andi poisons her food. Gina realizes that Lionel is way too good for her and decides to end whatever they had. B.J. has a nightmare.

When Andi starts talking about Switzerland, Reese tells Andi he doesn't want to start a relationship with her. Ken's autopsy shows that he has died on apoplexy, and Micah tells McCabe that the kind of drug can be found in Switzerland. Reese and McCabe find Andi's apartment trashed. While waiting for Micah, Jodie is visited by Andi. **Last appearance of Nina Arvesen (Angela Raymond)

Rafe decides to separate from Lisa definitive, and then sends a letter to Lily asking her to run away with him. Lily meets with Rafe for the last time. Ted is happy that Lily decided to stay. Julia and Mason decide not to adopt Gracie's baby. Warren proposes to B.J. again. **Last appearance of Robert Fontaine, Jr. (Rafe Castillo)

Reese brings Andi to jail for an interrogation. Ken wants McCabe to give him a chance to talk with Andi. Andi poisons the tea and goes to talk to Ken. Reese runs away. Andi gives Ken the tea and while talking about the fact that Andi poisoned Sophia, Ken drinks the tea. Ken wants to tell the truth, but he falls on the floor before he can. Andi waits for him to die, and then screams for help.

Gracie is scared of the fact that she'd have to give away her child and never see it again. Mason and Julia are making the new house plans, and they enter a discussion of how to make the baby room.

Sophia's condition is getting better. Ken is locked up for suspicion of murder. He tries to blame Andi, while Andi seeks help from Reese, but he won't help her. Jodie sees a shirtless Reese and Andi together and makes a wrong assumption. She immediately goes home and makes love to Micah. Gina wants to go home immediately, but Lionel arranges the taxi to be late so they'd stay. After a few laughs, Gina decides to go along Lionel's plan.

Lionel and Gina surprise Lily and Ted on their honeymoon. Gina gives Lily sex advice for their first night, and then gives her sexy underwear. Lily finds this all repulsive. Rafe comes to Lisa's hospital room and the truth finally comes out in the open. Lisa admits that Rich helped her fake the pregnancy so she'd hurt Lily. Rafe promises to stay by her side and says that she is still his wife, but when Lisa confesses that they were married by a fake priest, Rafe goes away hurt.

B.J. continues being troubled by her past, and she enters a fight with Warren while writing about their experiences. B.J. runs into Rafe and they talk about their problems. Sawyer joins them and encourages B.J. to fight her past.

Kelly accuses Ken of poisoning Sophia. Rafe pleads his case to Lily. Gina, trying to save the situation, gives Lily advice on how to save the situation. Sophia is taken to the hospital. Mason and Julia also leave the ceremony to watch Gracie giving birth, but they find out she's only faking it. Lily decides to go through with the wedding. Ken is arrested.
